The OSS/ICDS Forum is an independent forum of International Telecom Operators committed to improving and standardising the procedures for the implementation of IPLC between member companies. The OSS/ICDS Forum has grown to 68 members since 1989 providing OSS services to customers throughout the world. The OSS/ICDS Forum is open for membership to any licensed International Telecom Operator with ownership of their own international cable facilities, or satellite earth stations providing IPLC services to end user customers on a correspondent half or full circuit basis. The members of the Forum are represented by carriers from Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. The membership is growing year by year.
